“Her heart was a secret garden and the walls were very high…”
Literally, when vacant periods, she’s with her friends. They eat, laugh, talk, and everything. But as time goes by, she noticed that some things changed. Now, during vacant periods, she feels so alone cos her friends has their own businesses, school works, and other matters. She felt sad. She asked herself, “Is there anything wrong about me? Has something changed about the way I act? Maybe they don’t like me anymore. ☹” How sad it is.
Every time she remembers the happy times with those people, she cannot control the tears falling from her eyes. It reminds her of how happy they are during those times. “How I wish I could bring back those times. Laughing with my friends ’til our tummies ache, jam all night even though our parents would get upset, talk and gossip endlessly, and lastly, eating unlimited food! I wish time machines would be for sale at malls.” She said to herself.
She’s talking about her high school life. Yes, the bestest years of our existence. These years will never be forgotten. This was the most dramatic yet, fun years among other years in the past, or maybe among the years that’ll follow. She admits that she misses all those times. Now it’s college. So much challenges, adjustments, big problems. And now, she feels like… SHE’S ALWAYS LEFT ALONE! ☹☹☹
